Members commented that the application is one of a series associated with the site and there is lack of clarity and lack of consistency relating to what has planning consent, what is already in place on site and do the submitted plans reflect these considerations. It is recommended and requested that the planning officer carries out a thorough site visit of the property to ensure what is on site has consent and is correctly represented in the planning application documents and plans

i. The proposals constitute over development of the site
