Volunteering opportunities!

We have a number of volunteering roles that we are looking to fill for the Picnic in the Park event – can you help?

Parking Stewards on Tipkinder Car Park (10am – 12.30pm & 5.30pm – 6.30pm)

You will support the directing of event traffic through the car park to help us maximize the parking space available and limit disruption and queues.

General Event Stewards (for slots between 11.30am and 6.30pm)

Help direct event attendees around the event site (information will be provided), hand out flyers, welcome attendees upon arrival and thank them on departure. Help to look out for issues that need raising with the events team.

If you would like to find out more, please contact the Events team by Monday 16th June!
