Spring in to action with Crewe’s FREE to access Operation Spring programme! Everyone can have an egg-cellent time this Easter break with fun activities for all to enjoy. We hope you are egg-cited to get involved between the 23rd March and 14th April 2024!

Free entry to the Heritage Centre site today!

From 12.30 – 3pm help local poet Gareth Williams create a poem about the history of the railway in Crewe that will be displayed at Crewe Train Station! Share what you have seen/learnt/liked on your visit to Crewe Heritage Centre and your comments will be displayed alongside the poem. This project is funded by Community Rail Network and Department for Transport.

Keep a lookout for Roger Blighty, the madcap wannabe biplane pilot! After several failed attempts to gain his pilot’s licence, Roger created “Betsy Blue” the bicycle biplane. Roger is unlikely to actually get off the ground, but that won’t stop him from dreaming of being a magnificent man in his flying machine. Spot him in Crewe town centre today!

Also keep an eye out for the Crystal Ball Magic Man, one of the most experienced and skilled contact jugglers in the world. He will enchant and amaze families in Crewe today with his visually stunning displays of crystal ball manipulation!
