Operation Autumn!

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who got involved with our first ever FREE Operation Autumn school holiday programme of activities!

Following on from the successes of Operations Easter and Summer earlier in 2023 (and as part of our expansion of the Operation School Holidays project) we were very excited to introduce Operation Autumn to families within Crewe.

We know that a range of free and fun activities are really important for local families during the school holidays and we hope that the week of autumn-themed events kept the children entertained!

Over the week we:

• enjoyed spooky visits from walkabout performers like Uncle Doom, Trick or Treat, Any Witch Way and Rustle
• made lanterns (spooky and otherwise!)
• adventured on a fantastical pumpkin hunt
• had our faces painted
• got crafty
• and made autumnal nature crafts!

Thank you to everyone who took part and helped to make the week so much fun – the partners, performers and providers and all the families who came along.
