The Town Council is close to the date when it expects to exchange contracts on the new offices at Chantry Court. As part of the project the Council needs to undertake some minor building works at the site. This will include the removal of some partition walls, electrical installations, exterior signage, decorating and flooring. The Council is required to review at least three quotes for this scale of works and invites any contractors especially ones based in Crewe who are interested in the work to make contact with the Council.
The Council would like the work to be undertaken as soon as possible to enable a smooth transition from the current offices to the new one.
