Opportunity: Heritage Workshops Facilitator
Location: Crewe Heritage Centre, Vernon Way, Crewe, CW1 2DB
About the role: Crewe Town Council are looking to commission a freelance facilitator to develop and deliver heritage workshops and activities with visitors to Crewe Heritage Centre on a number of weekend dates throughout summer. The activities will support the Crewe Works 180 Years Exhibition that will take place from Saturday 1st July to Sunday 10th July 2023.
Ideally you will have a background in developing and delivering activities in a museum/gallery setting or similar and will be capable of accommodating a mixture of ages, interests and subject knowledge levels. We are open to suggestions as to what the workshops you deliver look like, but will guide you to develop sessions that compliment the exhibition and Heritage Centre setting. Workshops could be skills demos, arts and crafts sessions, photography workshops, drama workshops or anything else you can think of that fits the exhibition.
