Request for Quotation: Cultural & Event Delivery & Engagement Evaluation

Closing Date: Friday 16th June

Crewe Town Council leads the delivery of a number of key cultural and event activities in the town between May and September. The town has ambition to build on the delivery and seek to develop and empower a place partnership that could attract significant funding for strategic development of sustainable delivery.

To help inform the development of this option, evaluation is required to give insight in to:
• The track record of delivery and potential for future delivery
• Crewe Town Council’s leadership role
• Current and future potential for engagement with the diverse community
• Opportunities identified that could form the basis of priorities for a future Place Partnership

The project is to provide evaluation of events and culture activities in Crewe delivered by Crewe Town Council and its partners from May 2023 to August 2023.

These aspects to focus on:
i. The Knife Angel – National Monument for the campaign against violent crime
ii. Forging History – 180 years of Crewe Works
iii. Operation Summer – free summer activities and engagement for families and young people
iv. Heritage Open Days

The evaluation to provide a view on the above as a grouped initiative of cultural activities, events and engagement.
