Rescheduled Heritage Open Day events announced

The following two Heritage Open Day events have been rescheduled, following their cancellation after the Queen’s passing:

Rescheduled – Heritage Walking Tours (meet at the Britannia Statue, Memorial Square, CW1 2BJ)

Join Councillor Ben Wye for a walk around Crewe Town Centre to explore our heritage and some of the fascinating stories of our town.

Rescheduled – Crewe Heritage Fair (Crewe Heritage Centre, Vernon Way, CW1 2DB)

Find out about Crewe’s heritage in this one stop shop event! We’ve gathered groups and organisations interested in Crewe’s past together under one roof. Find out about the Co-Op’s history in the town, see working models of Crewe-built locos from the South Cheshire Model Engineering Society and discover the men who went off to war and never returned.
