Town Centre Project Officer (Crewe, Cheshire)

The planned arrival of HS2 in Crewe and further plans for major town centre regeneration set an exciting context for the future of Crewe town centre. If you’d like to play a role and develop your career with an ambitious organisation, there couldn’t be a better time to join our growing team at Crewe Town Council. In partnership with Cheshire East Council, we have created a new Town Centre Project Officer position. The purpose of this role is to improve the physical appearance, activities and operations in Crewe town centre, to make it a more attractive place to shop, visit, trade and invest. The successful applicant will lead the co-ordination of a wide range of improvement projects in Crewe town centre with a broad range of stakeholders.
We are seeking applicants with experience of partnership working and project management, and a good understanding of the issues and opportunities facing town centres.
