Must see musicals were very grateful for the grant of £1000.00 recently as this has allowed the group to buy sound equipment needed to perform their shows. In the past the group has needed to hire equipment in from companies and this has made the cost to perform a show expensive. Our technical team of which some are children still at school or college have now been able to train on the equipment prior to the show and hold technical meetings with the cast to see how they sound in the halls they perform. The group hope to continue to purchase further equipment in the future so we are self sufficient and less dependable on hire. The group offers opportunities to all ages in the Crewe area either to perform or to work and understand the preparation required prior to a live show! We cannot thank Crewe Town council enough for investing in the group.
