Cheshire East Council has identified an area to the south-west of Crewe town centre to benefit from the introduction of a “Mini-Holland” scheme, aimed at adapting streets and neighbourhoods to make them safer, more attractive and pleasant for residents and convenient for those walking, cycling or using public transport.
