Proposal: Prior Approval change of use: The existing first and second floor’s 31 Nantwich Road, were last used as office’s, this is to be changed into class C3, the internal modifications are converting the mixed use WC into a domestic bathroom, and creating a kitchen diner in the rear office white PVCu escape windows with trickle vents, meeting the current U values are to be installed. a new inner door will be installed in the ground floor entrance, to prevent heat loss
