RESOLVED: That the committee objects to the proposals on the following grounds: i. The plans do not provide sustainable evidence of vehicular access, such as guaranteed calculated turning and access arc, particularly in consideration lack of overall control of the access pathway and the potential impact on access that planning application 24/2864N (or similar such application) will have on vehicular access. ii.
