3 To confirm and sign the Minutes of the Personnel Committee meeting held on 06/09/2022
4 Public Participation
  A period not exceeding 15 minutes for members of the public to ask questions or submit comments. To ensure compliance and safety, attendance numbers will be strictly limited. You can submit your comments and questions in advance to be read out at the meeting; email [email protected] (to arrive by 3pm on that date of the meeting).

Attendance for public participation may be facilitated via Zoom, if necessary and notified in advance of the meeting.

5 It is recommended that Committee considers a resolution under Section 1 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to exclude the public and representatives of the press from the meeting during the consideration of Items 6 – 9 on the grounds that matters contain sensitive information and by reason of the confidential nature of the business being transacted.

8 To note any changes in staffing and associated actions
9 To consider role job description evaluation
10 To note the date of the next Personnel Committee meeting: Monday 4th September 2023 at 6pm
