Cllr MacKay was appointed chair for the purpose of this meeting.

Cllr Mackay declared a non- pecuniary interest as a trustee of the heritage centre |
| EC/24/5/3. | To confirm and sign the minutes of the Events and Culture Committee meeting held on 20th January 2025.
RESOLVED: That the minutes are approved as a true record of the meeting |
| EC/24/5/4. | To consider and agree the format of the Crewe Day Festival event.
RESOLVED: i. Members noted the update on the development of plans and programming. ii. Members agreed that the development of plans and programming for Crewe Day Festival meet their aspirations and ambitions for the event. |
| EC/24/5/5. | To note the proposed date of the next meeting on 10th March 2025. |
