RESOLVED: That the committee’s support for The Pledge in Crewe is confirmed

8.2 – Memorial Garden – Cllr Tom Dunlop

RESOLVED: That the memorial garden is approved to be funded from Health & Wellbeing fund (Budget ref 470 4767)
CP/21/09 To provide an update relating to the Business Delivery Plan for the Community Plan Committee

9.1 – Business Delivery Plan

The update on the business delivery plan was noted

9.2 – proposed work at St Peter’s Church

RESOLVED: That St Peter’s Church is commissioned under a Service Level Agreement for the delivery of community development and engagement work to the value of £5,009.88 (budget code 470 4730)
CP/21/10 To consider matters related to budget setting for the Community Plan Committee

The budget setting was noted and draft committee budget approved for recommendation to Finance & Governance Committee
CP/21/11 To consider provision of an information board associated with the Crewe Verdun Oaks at Queen’s Park

RESOLVED: That the provision of an information board relating to the Verdun Oaks in Queen’s Park is approved to the value of £1,822.50
CP/21/12 Noted that the date of the next Community Plan Committee meeting as Monday 17th January 2022. Location and/or the format of the meeting as yet to be confirmed, based on the guidance and regulations at that time.
