1 To receive apologies for absence
2 To note declarations of Members’ interests
3 To confirm and sign the Minutes of the Community Committee meeting held on 8th October 2024
4 Public Participation:

A period not exceeding 15 minutes for members of the public to ask questions or submit comments that relate to the items within the agenda. Any member of the public wishing to participate should email [email protected] by 4.00 p.m. on the day of the meeting, providing their name, email address and an indication of the subject of their question or comment. Alternatively, your comments or questions can be submitted in advance and read to the committee at the meeting by the clerk.

Attendance at the meeting in person is permitted, but space is limited and you are asked to consider if you might be able to access the meeting virtually in consideration of available space and associated safety guidance. Please feel free to contact the office to discuss this in more detail if you would like to.
5 To review the year- to- date financial position for the Community Committee.
6 To consider matters related to grant applications received from:

6.1 Swans CIC Let’s Talk – Mental Health for Men £2500
6.2 DNS Incus – Sensory Loss & dementia training in the care sector £2500
       
7 To provide an end of grant update to members regarding groups funded by the small grants scheme within the last financial year.
8 To provide an update to members on the progress of the Business Delivery Plan 2024-2025.
9 To consider a first draft of the Business Delivery Plan 2025-2026.
 10 To review the Grants Guidance policy document as part of the Annual Governance Review Process.
11 To note the proposed date of the next meeting on Tuesday 11th March 2025 at 6pm.
