Crewe Town Council has announced the latest successful submissions from the Community Grant Scheme. The Council allocates funding and grants up to £2,500 to community organisations for projects and activities that directly benefit the community within the Crewe Town Boundary.
From the latest round of applications, ten community organisations have been awarded grants to support their work within the Crewe community:

IRIS Vision Cheshire | Post-Covid recovery project for the visually impaired | £2,500 |
Pure Insight | Supporting Crewe care leavers | £2,500 |
South Cheshire Concert Band | Purchase of a bass clarinet for use by the band | £1,700 |
Community of Yours | Sports & Wellbeing enrichment clubs | £2,485 |
Thrive Cheshire | Accommodation rental costs for Crewe-based activities | £2,500 |
Child Safety Media | Crucial Crewe – child safety project | £2,500 |
The Crewe Town Council Community Grant Scheme is open for applications throughout the year, with quarterly submission deadlines for applications to be considered by the Community Plan committee.
The next deadline for applications is Sunday 19th December 2021 at midnight, followed by Sunday 20th February 2022.
