Crewe Town Council, St Luke’s (Cheshire) Hospice and Hope House Children’s Hospice have joined forces to create two special markets in Crewe Town Centre.
The Markets will take place on Sunday 12th July to coincide with the Town Council’s CreweFest and again on Saturday 5th December to mark the beginning of the advent season in Crewe.
Mark Porter, Corporate and Community Fundraiser at St Luke’s (Cheshire) Hospice, said ‘As a charity we rely heavily on donation and fundraising efforts and we are so grateful to be working in partnership with Crewe Town Council. The money raised from the event will help support patient care and maintenance costs throughout the Mid and South Cheshire area.’
Hannah Marr, PA to Crewe Town Council, said ‘We are delighted to be working in partnership with St Luke’s. The markets will bring a great boost to the Town Centre and the events and activities planned.’
Hannah Penney, Area Fundraiser for Cheshire at Hope House Children’s Hospice, said ‘We are thrilled to be working with both the Town Council and St Luke’s and are really excited by this great partnership in Crewe.’
Stalls are £20 and the proceeds will be split equally between the two Hospices. If you would like to book a stall, simply complete the Crewe Summer Market Application Form and return it to Hannah Marr at Crewe Town Council either by email, [email protected], or by post, Crewe Town Council, St Paul’s Community Centre, Hightown, Crewe CW1 3BY.
